Mental Wellness Skills Group
Oregon City Counseling’s mental wellness skills group is for adults who feel they need to improve their mental wellbeing. It will draw from various modalities (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, etc.) to help you improve your resilience and build up your coping skills toolbox.
The group will be led by Geena Fonbuena and runs on Mondays from 6-7:30 PM at the Oregon City Counseling office.
It will be on a 10-week repeating cycle, which you can start at any point.
