• Please come early! We have a spacious lobby with plenty of seating:

  • Help yourself to a coffee or tea before your session begins

  • Gift yourself a few quiet minutes to breathe and reflect

• There is parking behind our building:

  • Walk up the exterior stairs/ramp to get to the main entrance, or

  • Let yourself in the back door (off the parking lot) to enter the basement floor

• Your counselor will find you (in the lobby) at your appointment time:

  • Please treat all common areas as a Quiet Zone

  • For the comfort and ease of all: bring earbuds in order to listen to your electronic device and plan to take phone calls outside
