Life Transitions

There are many events in life that bring about change or transition for us. The changes, whether they're positive, negative, or both, will often bring stress into our lives. Coping with this newfound stress can leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed. We may struggle to figure out how to move forward, make decisions that feel the most authentic to us, and feel confident in ourselves. While having complex emotions during times of transition are normal and valid, you don't have to go through them alone.

Through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which includes a discussion of values-based living, you will be able to explore and reframe your thoughts as well as develop a better understanding of your values. With more positive, adaptive thoughts and increased awareness and understanding of your values, you will feel more confident and less stressed about navigating change and making decisions. And, then, importantly, begin to move in that valued direction.
