Philosophy and Approach

Coming to therapy can feel uncomfortable, nerve-wracking, and even scary. Therefore, it is with warmth and welcoming arms that we create an atmosphere conducive to growth. I work hard to provide a space that welcomes growth and base my philosophy around trust. Growth can only move as fast as the trust between the client and therapist. With this mentality, I want to honor that you are the expert on yourself and to help you build on strengths while introducing new ways to embrace emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I believe in a holistic space where we are recognized as humans, not just symptoms that we are experiencing. Through my active learning of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, we will cooperatively facilitate the growth you seek.

Professional Life

I am earning my Master of Arts in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from NYU Steinhardt. I have spent the past year learning and refining my counseling skills working with individuals of various identities. Prior to work at Oregon City Counseling, my previous experiences include:

  • Crisis counseling for at-risk LGBTQIAA+ youth with The Trevor Project.

  • Volunteer victim advocate in a community health setting with The Victim Service Center of Central Florida.

I offer both in-person and Telehealth therapy for adults and teens (14+) focused on:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Trauma Recovery

  • Grief/Loss

  • LGBTQIAA+ identities and relationships

I am currently receiving training in and providing treatment for couples.

I was raised in Happy Valley, Oregon. From 2019-2025 I lived in Orlando, Florida where I performed at Walt Disney World. In my free time, you can catch me doing the following:
