Liv Siulagi, Professional Counselor Associate
I am a BIPoC counselor (she/her) who works with individuals. Life can be hard. On top of that many of us have internalized messages that make our lives even harder. I work with my clients to cultivate tools that not only counter these messages, but help them gain strength, tolerate distress, and find a sense of serenity. Using empathy, science, and art I will work with you as you cultivate realism, build resiliency, and learn to empower yourself. In sessions we will use art to examine unproductive thought patterns and behaviors, as well as gain emotional intelligence.
I believe we all naturally strive for health and connection, but our society limits our ability to heal, build lasting connections, and live full, meaningful lives. As a therapist I provide my clients with a safe space and an empathic, open-minded, collaborative therapeutic approach.
