Professional Life

Miranda earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Humboldt State University in 2011, specializing in Gender Studies and Human Sexuality. She graduated with a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University in 2024 and has since been working as a pre-licensed professional for Oregon City Counseling.

Miranda is interested in the following:

- Creating a safe space for LGBTQIA2s+ individuals

- Empowering thems, femmes, and women

- Practicing inclusive therapy for people of all religions, ethnicities, and cultural backgrounds

Personal Life

Miranda was born and raised in Los Angeles in a Jewish family. She is a musician and vocalist, and former frontwoman of a rock band. She currently resides with her many instruments and her ginger cat, Murray. Some of her interests include:

- Playing covers of songs she loves

- Cooking, baking, and trying new restaurants and cuisines

- Watching horror movies and listening to showtunes
