It’s okay to feel overwhelmed by the pressure to keep up, especially when it feels like everyone else has it figured out. And on top of that, you are balancing school, work, social life, and family responsibilities, often without much time to catch your breath. It can feel like there’s no space to slow down, until the stress, anxiety, or exhaustion starts to take over. But it doesn’t have to stay that way. With the right support, you can learn how to manage what’s on your plate, feel more in control, and reconnect with yourself along the way.

Professional Life

I support teens and young adults who are feeling overwhelmed by the pressure to balance school, work, social life and family responsibilities. Whether you're starting something new, navigating major life changes, or struggling with anxiety, emotions, or relationships, I offer a space to help you slow down, feel understood, and develop the tools to cope, communicate and move forward with more confidence.

I use evidenced-based treatment from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that is tailored to your specific needs. I also specialize in the following areas:

  • Anxiety

  • Body image and self esteem

  • Life transitions

  • Healthy relationships

I earned my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University in 2024, following my Bachelor of Science degree in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon in 2022. Go Ducks!

Personal Life

I was born and raised in California and have also lived in Hawaii, Indiana, Oregon and Colorado. After experiencing life in several different states, I have found a sense of belonging in Oregon and I am proud to call it my home. When I am not working you can find me either:

  • Reading

  • Golfing

  • At a Barre class

  • Traveling

As an Associate, Savannah participates in our Accepted Insurance Plans and sees clients as openings occur.
