I work with kids and adolescents, helping them understand their emotions and needs while laying the foundation for a brighter future. I draw on person-centered therapy and a variety of counseling techniques, including play therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to best support each individual’s journey.

Professional Life

I earned a Master degree of Counseling Psychology from St. Thomas University in 2014. My previous experience includes:

• Mental health therapist in a school setting working with kids age 5-11 in Minneapolis, MN

• Mental health therapist working with adolescents in high school in Minneapolis, MN

• Outpatient mental health therapist working with adults in Minneapolis, MN

Personal Life

I was born and raised in Aurora, IL and also lived in Minnesota before moving to Oregon. My interests are:

• Bread making (Sourdough fanatic)

• Cooking

• Soccer

As an Associate, Scott participates in all of our Accepted Insurance Plans and sees clients as openings occur. Scott accepts OHP through Open Card, Trillium CCO, and Yamhill CCO. He can also see Self-Pay clients on a sliding scale ($95 to $225 per session).
