Superbill for other insurance companies

While we are unable to bill some out-of-network insurance companies for you, you can choose to pay for services out of pocket. We will generate a "superbill" each month for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement for your services through us. Each insurance company handles this differently and reimburses members at different rates for out-of-network providers. You are strongly encouraged to contact your insurance company to get those details. 

If, after discussing this with your insurance provider, you decide you would like to see one of our providers out-of-network and receive superbills, then please contact us as a "self pay" client and let your clinician know that you would like to receive a superbill for services provided each month.
