A full phone screening can help you find the right fit for therapy which is one of the most critical factors in you successfully meeting your treatment goals. By taking some additional time up front, we can increase the likelihood of getting you connected with the therapist who will be your best fit.

Health Share/Care Oregon/Medicaid/OHP

No Fee for a full phone screening. Our Scheduler or a Registered Associate will interview you and find the best therapeutic fit.

Self-Pay or Commercial Insurance

$125 one-time fee for a full phone screening. This service is not billable to commercial insurance companies.
